South Africa does not lack entrepreneurial talent — it lacks accessible systems. Key barriers: no start-up capital, complex regulations, load-shedding, limited mentorship, restricted market access, and crime. We Nation's response: access to information, mentorship, enterprise incubation hubs, funding pathways, market access networks, and entrepreneur collaboration networks.

Education & Skills Development

76% of SA Grade 4 learners cannot read for meaning. The shift to English in Grade 4 creates comprehension barriers. Schools in rural areas lack libraries, technology, and materials. There is a growing gap between education outcomes and labour market needs. We Nation supports foundational literacy, digital & financial skills, mentorship networks, and civic education.
